Ordering and Shipping Information
We ship our CDs and DVDs via airmail to ANY international destination for FREE i.e. we do NOT charge customers for postage/packaging. So the all-up cost of any CD or DVD is the price advertised on the relevant CD/DVD page. After receiving and confirming your order via email, we normally mail it off on the same day. It should reach you in 7-10 days depending on the destination. You can email us if you have any inquiries about your order, and we will respond as soon as possible. We welcome both domestic and international orders.
All online credit card transactions on this website are processed securely by Paypal - the largest US-based processor of financial transactions on the Internet. This means we do not get to see your credit card details. After Paypal has processed your transaction they pass on what you have ordered and your shipping address to us. We then package and label the order and mail it out to you on the same day. You should receive an email from us within 12 hours of ordering to confirm that we have mailed your order.
All our DVDs are region-free and guaranteed to work in any country in any DVD-player (we make sure the format of the disks - NTSC or PAL - is correct for your region prior to mailing).
